• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in related field.
• Proven experience as a QC Manager or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with manual, automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance best practices.

• Design, implement, and manage robust quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality control engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
• Maintain a hands-on involvement in test execution, test automation and risk coverage analysis.
• Work closely with software development and management teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Create and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, test plans, and test cases.
• Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications.
• Identify and report software defects, working collaboratively with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Actively participate in project team meetings to offer on application issues discovered and present solutions to resolve, meet requirements and ensure desired quality.
• Function well in a fast-paced, informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high.
• Additional duties as may be assigned by management.
