Assistant Front Office Manager, the Front Office Supervisor is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Front Desk whilst on duty. On a broader scale of Front Office Supervisor is to ensure that all of the hotel’s guests are greeted, assisted with a level of service and welcome in a genuine warm way at all times.
• Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated, able to lead by example for all subordinates.
• To ensure that all guests are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by the hotel.
• To use your supervision skills effectively to encourage and motivate staff.
• To monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
• Establish good public relations with all guests.
• Provide services and information to guests that are most accurate and up to date possible, and are delivered to the guests in the most meaningful way.
• To ensure that financial and corporate targets are met or exceeded, for example, up-selling, completed Guest satisfaction surveys, Le Club signs up with first stays registered, etc. as outlined by management
• To be responsible of the operation of Premier Lounge and rooms as assigned by Front Office Manager, ensure that the service quality and standards are maintained tu provide maximum guest satisfaction.
