- Actively seek out new prospects through cold calling, networking, introduction emails.
- Be a coordinator for seasonal campaigns, ensuring campaigns are executed on time in a right standards and generate decent revenues.
- Building up relationship with customers to maintain stable revenue streams.
- Day-to-day coordination between sales and operation to ensure orders are executed smoothly and professionally and on a timely basis.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on products & services.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Be on the look out for new partnership to bring in more long-term sales.
- Prepare monthly sales report and keep track of target KPI to have suitable action plan.
