Job Description

• Search for and develop markets, and expand the customer base within the company's business sectors.
• Build and develop the sales department following the company's growth direction, ensuring strategies align with the company's vision and mission. Plan and implement business strategies to expand the customer base.
• Meet and communicate with customers to introduce devices, applications, and related solutions.
• Manage the sales team to achieve growth and revenue targets. Responsible for recruitment, target allocation, training, and evaluating the team's performance.
• Report on business results, revenue, and expenses.
• Establish and manage sales plans, market strategies, and update market information on new trends in technology and machinery.
• Provide support to the Technical Department.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Confident in communication, quick in handling situations.
• Outgoing and enjoys networking.
• Willing to travel for business as required.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
