Reporting Line: Problem Ticket Supervisor
Function/Department: Inventory Management
Employment Type: Permanent
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Investigate the shipments’ discrepancy reported in the problem tickets, using
multiple transactions on SAP system.
2. Record the result on the SAP system.
3. Correspond with vendors, update the shipments’ discrepancy and provide
information.
4. Develop relationship with the related parties such as vendors, buyers, warehouse and other departments in Medline to resolve problems

1. Intermediate level skill of MS Word, Excel
2. Good reading and writing English skills.
3. Statistics and analysis skills.
4. Hard-working, able to work independently and team-work.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Experience with Zendesk and SAP system.
3. Have three years’ experience at least in Merchandiser/ Purchasing/ Logistic
Core Competency (MSF):
- Focus on the customer
- Deliver results
- Sense of urgency
- Sound judgement
- Build effective relationships
Additional:
- Further specialized knowledge
- Additional education or certifications
- Personality traits that will be useful, but are not required
- Physical ability to accomplish the work (e.g. Travel )
