We are seeking a resourceful Business Development Specialist to expand our business and improve our branding initiatives in China market & others. As a Business Development Specialist, your duties will include establishing networks with industry specialists, maintaining valued customer relationships, and negotiating deals. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and marketing. Accomplished Business Development Specialists are experts in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. - Identifying and executing new opportunities in international markets (China) that will enhance the product offerings and deliver incremental revenue and profit - Drive sales representatives to attain business growth objectives through new business wins and capturing market share - Develop and implement Global E-Commerce strategies for expansion while ensuring strategies align with the overall business model - Support assigned market in areas of Operational Marketing, Global Branding, Visual Merchandising, Product Development and Operations/Supply Chain - Conduct research to identify new international business development opportunities in international markets, this is to include identifying new potential partners - Monitor and report monthly to the Head of e-Commerce and Admissions on market performance against agreed targets by preparing regular reports on key sales metrics and KPIs - Innovate value propositions and optimize service supply chains. - Research market prices and service quality. - Identify and develop suitable distribution channels. - Curate market-focused content. - Engage with customers, negotiate contracts, and manage customer profiles. - Collaborate cross-departments to resolve issues. - Monitor customer debts. - Assist in planning and executing business development initiatives. - Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve arising issues (if any). - Engage in other projects, Periodic report and execute other tasks as required by manager.Age: 25-35 years old. - Preferably with 2 year or more experience working with overseas agents. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide strategic insights. - Understanding of market trends, supply chain dynamics, and market movements. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships. - Intermediate skills in MS Office - Language: Chinese - Good verbal and written skills-Social insurance, Healthy insurance, PVI insurance for personal and family -Benefits from Company, Group -Youthful environment, dynamic, respectful, fair - transparent - sincere, spirit of mutually beneficial cooperation, respect for differences -Working time: Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5.30PM -Engage in monthly, quarterly, annual internal activities of the company -Benefits of using internal products, services products from company, group
