- Manage all activities of the restaurant.

- Advise on the staffing situation, the quality of employees, and the suitability of staff for the restaurant being managed.

- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work checklists for the positions being supervised.

- Guide and support employees to perform their duties and responsibilities effectively.

- Ensure service quality meets established standards.

- Schedule work shifts, holidays, leave, and compensatory time off for employees, while also evaluating the completion of their tasks.

- Handle any arising issues to ensure customer satisfaction with the restaurant.

- Manage, maintain, and properly utilize restaurant assets.

- Regularly check sanitation and any malfunctions within departments to implement necessary solutions.

- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

- Display politeness and professionalism in any situation to avoid negatively impacting the company's reputation and image.

- Graduate of College or University with a major in relevant field.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
