- Establish, develop, take care, maintain and manage relationship with large local and MNC clients, ensure to meet and exceed planned Total Operating Income and control good debt quality of entire customer portfolio.
- Understand customer's business, identify risk and business opportunities.
- Cooperate with other product divisions, other countries' offices / Head Office (if relevant) to propose feasible solution, prepare pitching materials & solicit banking products to clients.
- Collaborate with products and other functional divisions to plan, build up and develop business strategy and account plan and monitor progress.
- Set up credit facilities including internal proposals for approval (by preparing / reviewing credit application to analyze client's credit profile & propose credit), submit and defense credit with Credit Division / Credit Committee (if any) and supervise the sound credit of portfolio-in-charge.
- Negotiate contractual documents with clients & prepare business reports as requested.
- Give ideas and suggestions on business development, risk management and coordinate with relevant departments to implement those ideas.
- Other business tasks assigned by Department Head/Management following branch's vision and strategy.

- MUST HAVE : At least 7 years working experience in Banking as Relationship Manager for local/ MNC Corporate clients.
- Educational background in banking, finance and/or economics.
- Strong credit analytical skill, able to analyze customers' credit profile, identify risk and mitigation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to change.
- Good sense of team-work and responsibility.
- Good sales and communication skills.
- High sense of ethic and compliance.
- Good command in English.
- Active, result oriented, resourceful and good business sense in identifying risk and developing business strategy.
- Ability to work and under high pressure.
