JOB DESCRIPTION
- Frontend and Backend programming for Company and customer produc projects.
- Design and implement software that meets customers' business and technology requirements.
- Manage and supervise subordinate employees in software developmen projects, ensuring employees complete work on schedule and achieve expected quality.
- Provide software solutions to ensure system performance and stability.
- Ensure product quality and performance meet customer standards and requirements.
- Consulting and proposing the latest information technology solutions to help the company develop sustainably and compete in the market.
- Search and apply the latest technology, evaluate and apply them to projects to optimize system performance and stability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 4 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience in languages: C#, Java, PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS,...
- Experience in Presales.
- Proficient in English or Japanese.
- Always update new technology trends in software development.
- Understand the entire software development process, software developmen models, and software project management process according to Agile/Scrum
