Mô Tả Công Việc

The IT Systems Engineer (Client/ Server & Network) is responsible for managing/supporting the local IT Operation in close cooperation with corporate IT. This include first-/second level support for users, workstation & printer setup, testing and troubleshooting.

• Manage/Support of local IT operation in close cooperation with corporate IT in oversea
• First point of contact for user support issues (workstation, printers, user logins).
• Maintain existing workstation and printer fleet.
• Upgrade workstations and printer fleet as needed.
• Manage Server-Room, Racks, Cabling.
• Provide basic computer training to users when needed.
• Handle the update of existing client software installations.
• Maintain user information in Active Directory.
• Management/coordination of relationships with outside vendors and suppliers (analysis of and proposals for services and purchases).
• Document IT policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in other IT areas as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of network administration, or system administration experience.
• Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
