The developer will be involved in all phases of the product development cycle including requirements analysis, project estimation, detailed design, software development, testing, and deployment.
He/she has A Good Mindset for Development schedule/Quality/Self- Study and is willing to learn new technologies.
What you will do

Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
Response quickly to handle incidents if it happens.
Build and maintain the CI/CD.
Be Involved in developing Non- Functional Requirements (e.g. Performance, Security, Reliability, Maintainability…)
Assists leaders to define Technical Backlog
Be Involved in defining Roadmap and Risk Management.
Be Involved in Quality Assurance with good processes, practices, and analysis tools.
Responsible for being committed to the results to be delivered by his/her team and assists his/her teams in achieving such results.
Perform development & testing features/bugs from backlog items.
Responsible for providing his/her team with feedback on their work.
Responsible for objectively and effectively communicating with his/her counterparts, leaders, and team members

We are looking for the one who:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in full- stack mobile development

Technical Proficiency

Mobile Development: Experience building cross- platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Familiar with state management solutions such as Bloc and Provider.
Database Management: Proficient in PostgreSQL, with experience in schema design, complex queries, and performance optimization.
DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure: Hands- on experience with Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for container orchestration and cloud deployment.
Security Awareness: Knowledge of security best practices for web and mobile applications.
Backend Development: Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Familiar with backend and mobile testing practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

Self- motivated, proactive, and able to take full ownership of tasks and outcomes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent problem- solving and analytical thinking.
