• Ensure professional working environment at all company premises in Hanoi
• Work with Supplier for security, cleaning, catering, laundry, water, electric and other services and supervising the service supplier to ensure the best standard for the premises.
• Supervise and ensure HSE activities in following the company’s regulation and the legalization.
• Follow-up and control the repair and maintenance of building, furniture and office equipment at the premises.
• Ensure all the internal regulations, admin & office, workplace rules and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Deal with suppliers & contractors in ordering, office equipment, office machine maintenance etc. Ensures all orders & contracts are in place and periodically reviewed and updated according to the company policy and procedure.
• Prepare and process monthly payment to all vendors for Admin department.
• Work closely with line Managers to deal with local authorities to support operation activities.
• Coordinate with related departments to executive welcoming activities for the company’s guest, partner, stakeholders …
• Monitor, supervise the usage and keeping the PPE and uniform following the company’s regulations.
• Monitor, check and verify the office vehicles schedules, expenses, fuel use for Hanoi dealer.
• Effectively monitoring for Demo cars in Hanoi (car booking, car cleaning/maintaining, fuel consumption control…)
• Other related admin roles based in business needs.
• Implement other related jobs assigned by Line manager.
