KEY FUNCTIONS

Accounting Operations Management

• Oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accuracy and efficiency in ledgers, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis.
• Prepare financial monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in compliance with guidelines and legal requirements.

Audit and Compliance

• Lead annual audits, offer insights for procedural improvements and enhance financial processes.
• Implement accounting methods and policies
• Uphold principles specific to the gaming industry.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, adhere to local, state, and federal tax filing and compliance requirements.

Financial Analysis and Planning

• Provide strategic financial analysis, support decision-making on investments, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor financial performance, develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.

Cage Operations Management

• Manage and oversee cage operations, ensure efficient and secure transactions for gaming activities.
• Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, follow all relevant financial regulations and reporting procedures.

Team Leadership and Development

• Mentor and develop the accounting team, align departmental objectives with the Company’s strategic goals.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the accounting team.

Reporting and Communication

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, articulate financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA certification highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with specific experience in the casino or gaming industry strongly desired.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax regulations, and the unique financial operations of casinos.
• Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and financial systems, with a focus on gaming industry platforms.
• Proven leadership in managing accounting teams with a strategic approach to financial management.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and dedication to financial accuracy and transparency.
