We are looking for a highly motivated and intelligent person for the position of lawyer with tasks and requirements as followings:
Corporate Lawyer (7 years plus)
* Responsibilities:
• support clients with legal advisory including:
Transactional advisory including legal due diligence and M&A , Preparation and review of related contracts and reports
Commercial Contracts, Agency, Distribution, Loan Agreements
Land law matters and lease agreements for commercial property
All aspects of law of enterprise and licensing relevant for FDI entities in Vietnam
Company Formations and setup – related agreements (Shareholder and JV Agreements, Company Charter and IRC/ERC licensing)
Review of complex contracts including FIDIC
Ad hoc advisory to the client is required, with broad generalist legal background
Legal Research and internal updates on a case by case basis
writing updates and legal articles, participate in the company’s business development

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 7+ year experience after lawyer certification.
• Experience in an international law firm or firm dealing with FDI projects is a must.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is essential, as is the delivery of well drafted advisory and contracts Studies or work secondment in a foreign country preferred but not essential. German Language skills are a benefit.
• Ability to conduct and manage complex legal projects with various stakeholders in Vietnam and overseas.
• Ability to think commercially and understand clients’ commercial goals.
• Able to work in a team, willing and able to supervise and review junior team members’ work
• Analytical approach required.
• Willing to develop personally in an international environment.
• Ability to work together with other service lines such as Tax and Accounting.
• Honesty and integrity essential, long term commitment essential.
