Let’s become our Application Support, and you will

Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, and help address those needs effectively;
Participate in various technology projects at 7- Eleven Vietnam;
Conduct internal training sessions on 7- Eleven services for relevant departments;
As an Application Support member, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of 7- Eleven services to end- users with a focus on satisfaction. You will also support Product Managers in implementing assigned projects and contribute ideas to enhance 7- Eleven services where possible.

We expect you to
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

To create Gap analysis between new or change request and current system;
To create preliminary study documents in terms of business functional area;
Frequently review and assess functionalities of in–used application to ensure the solution meets the business process and user ‘s needs;
Support end- users for any functional incidents.
To follow up IT implementation in order to make in line with Business Requirement;
Raise changes to development team and involved users if required;
Manage and maintain all parameters of the applications;

Understood analyst and design system, get and sum up requirements, good communication skills.
Experience in Retail Tech
Problem solving.
1- 2 year Knowledge, Skills and Abilities in Business Analyst / Application Support / Customer Support.
A fast learner, ability to multi- task and work independently under high pressure.
