We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to apply their expertise in a fast-evolving service business with a strong emphasis on transparency, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting records, ensuring accurate revenue and expense allocation per service line. You will support tax filings, monitor receivables and cash flows, and work closely with the CEO, Legal & Office Affairs, and Commercial & Business Development teams to maintain financial clarity and cost control.

1. Recordkeeping & Transaction Management

• Record revenue across services: legal advisory, visa, fast track, charter, ticketing, travel packages, etc.
• Track operating expenses, advances, reimbursements by booking, contract, or service line.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable by agency or partner.

2. Internal Reporting & Basic Analysis

• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly income and expense reports.
• Generate profit & loss statements by service/product group.
• Update real-time cash flow reports to support strategic decisions.

3. Tax Filing & Documentation Compliance

• Consolidate input/output invoices and support periodic VAT submissions.
• Prepare and archive financial documents in compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with Admin and Legal departments to ensure invoice validity and legality.

4. Internal Financial Advisory

• Contribute to internal policies on spending, cost classification, cash advances, and budget limits.
• Work with the CEO to manage marketing spend, outsourced staff, and installment-based contracts.

• Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and current regulations
• Familiarity with service-oriented business models, especially in aviation, travel, F&B, or logistics (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Excel, and accounting software
• Skilled in service/booking code-based tracking
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability
