Forge University Partnerships Through Strategic Events

• Identify and engage target universities (e.g., top tech schools, engineering departments) to build long-term partnerships.
• Design and execute joint partnership events including: job fairs, workplace skills workshops, expert sharing seminars…
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and co-branded initiatives to boost brand awareness, brand love and drive users.

Plan & Promote High-Impact Events

• Lead end-to-end event management for university and corporate-facing activities:

+ Budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.Collaborate with HR teams from partner corporations to align events with hiring goals.

+ Create pre-event buzz through targeted social media campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Zalo) and email sequences.

• Produce event recap videos, testimonials, social posts and blog posts to amplify reach and showcase outcomes.
• Build post-event nurture campaigns to convert attendees into platform users or clients.
