? Job Overview | Data Engineer

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for building robust and scalable data systems to support analytics and business insights:

• Design and implement data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and analyzing large datasets from diverse sources
• Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and data warehouses
• Build data services for analytics and machine learning model deployment
• Partner with Data Scientists to develop end-to-end ML pipelines
• Work closely with Analysts and Leadership to define key metrics and support self-service analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (Glue, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, CloudWatch, RDS, Redshift, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Solid experience in building and maintaining distributed big data systems and ETL pipelines (Airflow, NiFi)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and performance optimization
• Experience with IaC (e.g., Terraform) and building CI/CD pipelines
• AWS Solution Architect or Data Analytics certification is a plus.

Interview Process:

• Single Interview Round: A 45–60 minute in-person interview conducted in Vietnamese with our Leadership/Management team.
• Location: Softel Solutions Head Office – 36 Hoàng Cầu, Ô Chợ Dừa, Đống Đa, Hà Nội.
• Result Notification: Final results will be communicated approximately one week after the interview.
