You are the face of our brand and our customer’s first interaction with the brand. You will need to make sure our customers are having the best time with us and getting the help they need.

## Essential Responsibilities
**Customer service**
1. Provide excellent customer service.
2. Greet and help our customers throughout their journey with us.
3. Make sure customers have the best possible experience with us.
4. Maintain the image of our brand. Professional, but relaxed.
**Cashier**
1. Take orders and put them in our POS system.
2. Process the bill settlement and payment.
**Quality control**
1. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
**Compliance Duties:**
- Following all relevant health department rules and regulations.
- Observing the principles of safe food handling and service.
- Attending scheduled team or shift meetings.
## Skillsets
- Team spirit
- Previous experience as a waitstaff or a sale person.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule
- Passion for customer service.
- Fluent in Vietnamese. Good English is appreciated.
