PROJECT MANAGER 

Location: Danang Office

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Lead and manage software development projects from planning to delivery 
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans in collaboration with client 
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team 
• Drive quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. 
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery 
• Maintain clear and thorough project documentation (SOW, project plans, meeting notes, release notes) 
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes across the team. 

REQUIREMENTS 

MUST HAVE 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. 
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment 
• Hands-on experience or solid working knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS 
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and basic DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Docker) 
• Fluent in English communication skills, able to communicate directly with clients. 
• Strong leadership and team facilitation skills 
• Good presentation and report-writing skills 
• Proficient with MongoDB, Redis, or similar database management systems. 
• Experience deploying systems on AWS and Docker Container. 
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code with unit tests/integration tests. 

NICE TO HAVE 

• Have experience participating in mobile application development projects. 
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications 
• Experience working with international clients
