What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting sophisticated AI automations that transform complex business processes into streamlined, intelligent workflows
• Pioneering implementations of cutting-edge AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer to push the boundaries of what's possible
• Optimizing AI solution deployments across AWS infrastructure to ensure maximum performance, scalability, and seamless integration

Machine Learning Engineer Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, creating scalable solutions that transform productivity across entire organizations.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—you must approach problems by leveraging AI tools first rather than traditional coding (candidates with conventional development approaches need not apply)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields
• Advanced Python proficiency and comprehensive AWS knowledge
• Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
• Verifiable track record implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
• Demonstrated success leveraging multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) through their APIs to solve complex business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
