About Senior C&B Specialist Position
We are looking for a Senior C&B Specialist who can confidently handle compensation, benefits, and welfare activities independently. This role ensures smooth, compliant C&B operations and delivers timely, accurate support to both employees and management.
Responsibilities
• Administer monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
• Manage personal income tax (PIT) declarations and social/health/unemployment insurance procedures.
• Handle employee benefits programs, including premium health insurance.
• Monitor and administer benefits practices such as annual leave, medical check-ups, bonus policy.
• Oversee welfare activities including cost and gifts for special occasions (staff's birthday, wedding, maternity, paternity, Tet festival, Mid-Autumn festival, Woman's Day, etc.) to ensure fair and equitable implementation.
• Ensure all C&B-related activities are fully documented and compliant with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal standards.
• Manage labor contracts, employee records, and statutory reports related to C&B matters.• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor law, PIT, and social insurance regulations.
• Experience working independently with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Thưởng
