Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Ba Đình, Hà Nội. The Sales Representative will identify and contact potential customers, present travel packages, answer customer inquiries, and close sales. The role involves developing client relationships, providing personalized itinerary recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer databases, following up on sales leads, and maintaining knowledge of travel trends and services offered by Up Travel Vietnam.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and services
• Proficiency in customer database management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the travel industry or sales roles is beneficial
