1. Manage cost breakdowns in collaboration with the relevant teams, including development, material teams, and factories, ensuring accuracy of cost on the CBD.
2. Ensure all relevant costing systems (Centric, Satrasumm) and Excel sheets are maintained FOB per respective costing milestone, partnering with relevant stakeholders.
3. Conduct comprehensive cost comparisons and identify opportunities for cost optimization to enhance margins and competitiveness. Prepare and communicate additional analysis as required, including cost driver trends, FOB, and margin analysis.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that improve cost efficiency throughout the product lifecycle and explore options to enhance product value while meeting margin targets.
5. Monitor and analyze cost trends to provide insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, achieve cost-saving objectives, and meet margin targets.
6. Ensure accurate adherence to costing standards, policies, and practices.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Proficient in advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, and Macros.
2. Ability to manipulate large datasets and perform complex data analysis using Excel.
3. Experience in creating dynamic reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively.

4. Able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to achieve common goals.
5. Provide well-communicated responses in both written and verbal forms in all required languages. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills. Maintain strong integrity.
6. Demonstrate the ability to complete tasks within assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), meeting deadlines, and consistently delivering high-quality work. 
7. Able to stretch capabilities to receive additional tasks when business requires.
