Mô tả Công việc
- Fully responsible for the general management of manufacturing plants in Vietnam, including warehousing, production technology, quality assurance, PMC, production, equipment as well as departments.
- To setup factory internal policy, material planning of the whole manufacturing plants, tracking the material situation, product process quality control, production procedure, production capacity achievement, etc. Ensure the completeness of production with quality, quantity, and timeline goals.
- According to order plan and capacity of production lines as well as the actual situation of equipment and personnel, to arrange production planning, monitor production capacity, allocate production operations, to achieve production needs on monthly basis.
- Establish and improve operational procedures and work processes; Supervise implementation and execution, and continuously improvement.
- Responsible for the regulation of the production & material plan of the whole manufacturing plants, tracking the material situation, product process quality control, production process, production capacity achievement, etc. Ensure the completeness of production with quality, quantity, and time standards.
- Responsible for promoting lean production, controlling production costs, reducing production costs, and improving production efficiency.
- Responsible for overall coordination and handling of issues arising from production and to work for the end solution.
- To manage the hiring, assessment and evaluation, supervision, and guidance of the grass-roots management personnel in the manufacturing plants.
- To organize regular meetings and various regular meetings of the manufacturing plants for the needs of production and problem solving.
- Responsible for the external coordination and communication of relevant resource information of the manufacturing plants.
- To implement the construction of the company's corporate culture together with HR team.
- To participate in the company's strategic goals and long-term development planning.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor or Master degree, speaking good English and Vietnamese.
- More than 10 years production management experience as production director or senior production manager in big solid wood furniture or iron furniture, or sewing products, understanding well furniture production procedure and overall management.
- Understand well about production process design, planning, production management of each process. Familiar with lean production factors and well understand how to effectively improve production efficiency.
- Good overall coordination ability and strong overall awareness. Good at logical thinking, cost control management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Has good views of seeing goals from top to down, able to setup achievement approach, and well understand the company goal from global perspective.
- Strong management on problem solving, excellent execution ability, able to work under pressure and be result-oriented.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good team player, well understand different culture and able to work in multi-culture company.
- Good plus if the candidate experienced in preparing factory plants from 0 to 1, or understand TPM project promotion, or speaking Chinese .
- Good plus if the candidate is Chinese living in Vietnam, speaking good English, Vietnamese and Chinese.
- No requirement about nationality (Vietnamese local or foreigner both acceptable) .
