Job Position: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City, Vietnam

Job Purpose:

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s market presence, drive sales initiatives, and manage marketing campaigns to promote our boiler systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns that effectively convey the company’s brand to targeted audiences.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to create compelling content for various platforms including social media, company blogs, and newsletters.
• Organize and participate in events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to promote company offerings and network with potential clients.
• Support the Sales team by generating leads and scheduling appointments with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management systems and ensure all relevant customer information is available to key stakeholders.
• Report on sales results and marketing campaign performance to senior management.
• Ensure all marketing materials are in line with company branding policies and regulations.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective and deliver a return on investment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and persuade clients.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to guide marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Basic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite are a plus.
