We are looking for a QC Intern to join our team. Joining us, you will have a chance to work with our proactive and talented people, and you will have a chance to work directly with our clients from North America, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and Australia.

- Conduct manual testing on products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements.
- Identify, document, and report defects, issues, and inconsistencies in product performance.
- Assist in preparing test cases and test plans based on product specifications.
- Collaborate with the development team to communicate test results and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for detected issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests, results, and any other relevant documentation.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and quality-related challenges.
- Assist in developing and improving QC processes, tools, and workflows.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with writing and executing test cases and plans.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and able to handle constructive feedback.
