Mô tả công việc
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations for manufacturing, configuring modules like Manufacturing Orders (MO), Bill of Materials (BOM), Inventory, and Maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Customize Odoo to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency in production and inventory management.
- Oversee Odoo integrations with third-party systems (MES, IoT, SCM tools) to ensure seamless data synchronization and real-time monitoring.
- Lead user training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo across manufacturing teams.
- Manage Odoo implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and business requirements.
- Conduct testing to ensure system quality and recommend ongoing improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Work closely with IT, production, and other departments to ensure integrated solutions that improve overall business performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years of experience working with Odoo ERP, with a focus on Manufacturing (Odoo Manufacturing Module).
- Proven experience leading Odoo implementations and customizations for manufacturing businesses.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, BOM, work orders, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Odoo’s Manufacturing module and related Odoo apps.
- Experience with Odoo Studio, custom module development, and Python programming.
- Familiarity with Odoo’s integration capabilities (APIs, third-party tools, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide junior team members.
