JOB SUMMARY

• Supervising Manufacturing team to allocate detailed Production work on projects or routine tasks. Duties are assigned to provide experience and familiarization with engineering methods, independent thinking, and company practices and policies. This position is also responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the attainment of quality products.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage production activities to meet weekly and monthly production plan.
• Manage resources to achieve the production plan, minimize labor and production cost, achieve highest efficiency, and ensure good quality of the products.
• Evaluate employees' performance in working.
• Build up target/KPIs for production department.
• Make required monthly reports like KPIs, update monthly – Quarterly - Yearly.
• Production progress control: monitoring, adjusting the plan allocation in accordance with actual situation to optimize production efficiency and keep up with shipment schedule.
• Make sure that 5S, ISO 9001 related procedures and work instructions are properly developed and trained to production team and well implemented.
• Make sure that SHE rules, regulations and procedures are fully developed as per Company requirements, properly and fully trained to production and other teams, and strictly complied.
• At least conduct annual internal audits for 5S, ISO 9001and SHE to ensure maintenance of all the systems.
• Make budget and control budget expenses within the Production department.
• Drive continual improvement programs in production by making the best use of the systems, increasing overall equipment effectiveness, delivering, and implementing cost saving projects.
• Strictly follow up and take appropriate actions to close all the such SHE-related gaps as fire protection, SHE compliance audits and trip report of HR-Admin department.
• Co-ordinate with other departments like Planning, Logistics and QA to provide good customer services.
• Develop people for long term purposes and build a good working environment in the plants.
• And another task assigned by BOD.
