Ưu điểm One of the company values is Big Accountability = Big Freedom and TINYpulse does a great job living up to this value. Staff are trusted to do high quality work and are rewarded with flexible work hours and little micromanagement. Leaders are very supportive of your career goals and often encourage employees to learn something new outside of your specialty (like product, machine learning, UX and design, etc). Product managers and product owners have to do some off hours calls with the Seattle team, but it's rare for engineers to do overtime. Macbook 15", feel food and drink, best Health insurance, a budget for study
Nhược điểm Most staff are mid to senior level engineers and management tends to be more hands off than what you see at other companies. This is a good thing, but it might be a difficult environment for entry level engineers unless they possess a high degree of discipline and willingness to level up their skills on their own.

Ưu điểm For me, the most valuable thing is that the company encourages employee growth, for example, pays for courses and certification. - Interesting tasks, free drinks and snacks, Macbook pro, high salary - everything for designer needs! - Managers take care of employees, they have brought new concepts continuously to help engineers grow from time to time. - Coworkers are amazing, ready to help when you are stuck - Good benefits, flexible working time, work from home and unlimited day off policies - Provide monitor and newest MacBook - Have many foreigner colleagues here and even a English teacher, employees can improve English everyday without boring and expensive classes at English center. - No Overtime. Also we have unlimited vacation days.
Nhược điểm Elevator system of Vincom is terrible, have to wait quite a long time (~ 30 minutes). Sometimes, fire alarm makes wrong alert, don't know whether there is fire or not.

Ưu điểm Flexible environment & working time, active in architecture design, apply new technical trends. Latest mac book, work-life balance OT is not required, flexible working time, work-life balance The management listen to your voice and feedback and give you the advice to help you grow up. They have 1:1 coaching sections to help you in career path. The environment is very open and friendly. Co-workers is very nice and supportive even though they are not working in the same team. Good compensation and benefits Opening space
Nhược điểm Growing technical career path! I believe company having many long term talent engineers but the growing plan is not clear.

Nhược điểm - Hard deadlines - We're still learning how to long-term plan and sometimes we get pressure - A bit messy as in any other startup

Ưu điểm - Good location, fancy office with lots of amenities. Probably one of the better offices in Vietnam in terms of design and location. - High salary more than IT market salary - Good healthcare program - Flexible working time - Good working facility (food, macbook) - Great team members and coworkers. Office space is nice and roomy. Lots of play things for relaxation. - Employees feel empowered in their tasks. "Agile" environment.
Nhược điểm - Disorganized and lots of office politics. - Leadership doesn't always follow or often contradicts company values. - High stress environment where job security is uncertain. - High turnover for a company that builds products with a mission to make employees happier. - It's not the quantity but the quality of work done. - Focus on the overall mission and worry about the bottom line later. - Managers don't really care about you since they know you are after the money. There is a lack of coaching and leadership.
