1. Bài mẫu 1
To tell the truth, as opposed to my nerdy appearance, I have never been a book enthusiast. I don’t really experience joy in the process of sitting still and staring at thick pages for hours, thus, I hardly ever read. Nonetheless, there is one book that I actually take pleasure in reading. It is called “Dear girls”, written by the one and only, my favorite stand-up comedian, Ali Wong.
I learned about this book last month through 2 of Ali Wong’s Netflix comedy special hits, “Baby Cobra” and “Hard Knock Wife”. Unfortunately, since Ali did the show when she was pregnant with her second daughter, after the show, she was absent from the stage for a few months. While waiting for her comeback, I decided to give her book a shot. Much as I hate reading, for the love of Ali, I managed to place an order, sit down and spend my time on a 200-page book.
And thankfully, the book lives up to my expectations. “Dear girls” is in fact a well-prepared letter to Ali’s daughters when they get older. It is filled with Ali’s life experience, covering everything a girl needs to know in life. Ali interpreted the world in such a unique way, she gave out her unfiltered thoughts on marriage, Asian culture, working women, and so on. The book was absurdly funny, surprisingly moving, enlightening, and also disgusting as expected from Ali. I believe that this book will be most suitable for people who would enjoy something out of the ordinary or simply have a big laugh.
Even though I haven’t got the time to finish the whole book, I believe it has made reading more pleasant than ever before. Through reading it, I not only gain more life lessons but also way too much laughter.

I am going to talk about a book that l’ve read recently. It is a Vietnamese coming-of-age novel called “Mắt Biếc”, which can be literally translated into Vietnamese as “Blue Eyes”. The novel revolves around an unrequited love story between Ngạn, a country boy, and Hà Lan, his neighbor, childhood friend and lifelong crush.
Ngạn and Hà Lan grow up together in a remote village in the Central region of Vietnam. Ngạn develops a strong love, which later becomes obsession, towards Hà Lan, the girl whose eyes he adores since the very first time they meet. Although they spend their childhood and adolescence together, they later lead a very different life during their adulthood. While Ngạn still cherishes the slow-paced life of his village, Hà Lan fails to resist the allure and glamour of the city life. She ends up falling in love with a playboy named Dũng, has a baby with him and leaves the child under the protection of her grandmom and, guess what, his lifelong crush Ngạn. Ngạn raises her daughter like his own child just to realise at the end of the story that he is just trying to create another version of his beloved Hà Lan.

1.Is reading in school for children a great idea?
Yes, I reckon that after reading books the knowledge of children would increase and they would be able to acquire knowledge outside school and by doing this their general knowledge about the world would increase and they would achieve greater heights in their life.
2.Why do men and women prefer different books?
Well, both men and women have different styles and a mindset set of seeing the world, most men are interested in sports, and business so most men like to read books based on that genre. while women are more inclined towards fashion and like to read magazines based on that. While some genres like books are based on general knowledge, politics are liked by both men and women.
3.What type of books do children read nowadays?
Well, I think there are many types of books that children like: magazines with comics, books full of photos, books on animals, etc. When I was 10 years old, I was amazed after seeing comics or cartoons and liked to read magazines. Whenever I found books of that type in the market, I was used to buying them and reading them.
4.Do you think children have lost their interest in stories?
No, I don't think the interest in reading books is completely lost among children as whenever children see books based on fantasies or superheroes they jump after them and read them. But we can say the interest in reading books among them has decreased compared to the past due to the increase in usage of mobile and the increase in the trend of multiplayer games among children.
5.What is the difference between the books sold in the past and the books sold nowadays?
In the past, books related to culture, tradition, religion, and history were sold mostly in our country as people have their interests in that field, but nowadays, people are inclined towards books that are based on fiction and fantasy as people like to see a good superhero story, a story with thrills, etc. Because of these reasons books based on this type of content are sold more and more.
6.Do you think the trend of reading books has decreased due to mobile phones and the internet?
Yes definitely, I think nowadays the proportion of books sold all around the world has decreased as people like to read the news on mobile rather than spending their valuable time reading motivational books which will give them knowledge of the world.
