• Đề bài Describe a creative person whose work you admire yêu cầu thí sinh miêu tả một người sáng tạo mà bạn ngưỡng mộ việc người đó làm, trong đó cần đưa ra những thông tin:

    • Sao bạn lại biết người này
    • Người này đã làm những việc sáng tạo gì
    • Tại sao bạn lại thấy người này sáng tạo
• Đề bài Describe a song you like thuộc chủ đề lớn là People. Để xử lý đề bài Describe a creative person whose work you admire, cách dễ dàng và hiệu quả nhất đó chính là bám sát những các cue (gợi ý) mà đề đưa ra và cung cấp thông tin rõ ràng nhất có thể, hạn chế nói chung chung.
• Với câu hỏi đầu tiên, người ấy là ai. Câu hỏi này nhìn chung thì khá dễ để trả lời, bởi vì chúng ta ít nhiều đều đã biết ít nhất một người sáng tạo. • Tiếp đó, chúng ta cần đi vào chi tiết hơn với câu hỏi số hai, sao bạn lại biết người này. Ở câu hỏi này, chúng ta sẽ cho người nghe biết thêm các thông tin về hoàn cảnh mà bạn gặp/biết người này. Gặp ở đâu, biết như thế nào, trong tình huống, hoàn cảnh nào cần phải làm rõ.
• Nối tiếp luận điểm này, các bạn có thể lồng ghép trả lời câu hỏi thứ 3 và thứ 4, người này đã làm những việc sáng tạo gì & tại sao bạn lại thấy người này sáng tạo. Khi đưa ra những điều mà bạn thấy người này làm sáng tạo, bạn có thể đưa ra luôn giải thích chi tiết, và so sánh so với các đối tượng khác để làm bật lên được sự khác biệt của người này.

Bài mẫu Describe a creative person

Well, I have had the chance to meet a whole bunch of creative individuals in my entire life, but given the chance to talk about the one whose work I really look up to, I would love to share with you about Mr. Dzung, one of my lecturers in my master’s program. 

Specifically, he teaches Financial Markets and Institutions, one of the most important subjects this semester. You may think, how come a teacher of finance-related subjects, which involve loads of statistically complicated issues, can exude creativity in their work? But I gotta tell you, from what I’ve seen, he has got an innovative teaching approach that every student can get hooked on. 

The first thing that springs to my mind about this wonderful teacher is his storytelling ability, which sets him apart from the others. Conventionally, other lecturers tend to present solely based on the slides that they have already prepared before. However, Mr. Dzung only considers his slides a supporting assistant. He always tries to integrate a relatable story about the market with specific cases into his lessons so that his students can have a more comprehensive understanding of the knowledge. Every story he tells is well thought out and unique in its own way, which we can’t get enough of.

What makes me, and my peers adore him, even more, is the practical experience that he brings into his class. There are no traditional tests in which we have to stick to our seats for nearly an hour. Instead, we have the opportunity to attend mock trading sessions, where we have to make our own decisions about whether, and when to buy or sell our financial assets. Every time we sit for this kind of exam, we get the feeling of being real traders, and it seems that we have found the motivation to study and pursue this career path.

All in all, it is such a blessing to be one of his students this semester, and I cannot wait for what this creative genius has up his sleeve in future classes.

Well, it’s really hard for me to come up with a name of a creative person because I have met a lot of creative individuals in my whole life. But if I have to choose one, I’m going to talk about Charlie Puth - an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is known to the audience thanks to the viral success of the songs uploaded on his personal youtube channel.

I would like to begin by highlighting that I knew him from the famous song "See you again" in the soundtrack album Fast & Furious 7. In 2017, with more than 2.9 billion hits, this song has overtaken the record for the most views on Youtube for 5 consecutive years of the song "Gangnam Style".

At that time, I was really impressed by his hypnotizing voice as well as the meaningful message he conveyed through this song. And you know, I have been his big fan ever since.

In addition to the above song, he is also the owner of many other famous hits such as We don't talk anymore, Attention, Cheating on you, How long... I was really surprised when I heard about the process of creating those songs. He can draw inspiration from any sounds in everyday life such as the sound of a fire alarm or the flip of a switch and sometimes, just a random word from his friend.

The reason why I think he's the most creative person I've ever known is because his way of writing music is so different from the majority. He wants to prove to everyone that anything in the world can be turned into music. On a show called The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, he composed a beat by using a cup and a spoon.

I am truly amazed by his talent, intelligence, and limitless creativity so if I have a chance, I would definitely go to one of his live concerts to enjoy his amazing performance.
