Location – Ha Noi

• Have at least 4 year experience in a similar role (UA executive/ performance marketing executive)
• Have experience working with puzzle games
• Have a growth mindset to learn and advance.
• Be independent but still a team player.
• Can use English efficiently in daily communication.
• Data-driven yet creative, result-oriented.
• Experience in evaluating game indicators.
• Good use of Appsflyer or Adjust.
• Proficient in setting up campaigns on Google, Facebook, Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, Ironsource, Apple search, Tiktok…

• Operate UA campaigns across countries (100+ countries) and channels (Facebook, Google, Unity, Applovin, Ironsource, etc.) to manage and ensure we can scale and evaluate the games efficiently.
• Create and follow A/B testings to find the best creative concepts.
• Determine the right biddings with respective channels to achieve profit/ROI goals.
• Work with the UA and creative team to ensure a smooth working process.
• Work with the ads networks and vendors to update UA strategies and manage our UA accounts.
