eton Logistics (Top 20 start-ups selected by Google Startup Accelerators Program) is looking for young and energetic BD executives to join our team. Our service involves providing both smart software solutions as well as handling services to support retailers in managing their supply chain at the highest efficiency.
This role will have the responsibility to successfully initiate and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers. This role will develop and manage their individual portfolio and work in a collaborative team environment. This role will also be responsible for prospecting, reaching out to referrals, and business to business selling to generate inside and outside transactional sales.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, pursue and maintain a constant pipeline of potential clients who operate in the retail sector.
Gain and maintain access to decision makers via a disciplined and structured prospecting regimen, including cold calling, networking, attending trade shows and social media.
Develop pitching deck, service quotation which aligns with potential clients' business needs and objectives; take lead in answering questions and requests for adjustments from prospects during pre-sales process.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with new clients and work closely with other cross functional departments to review, edit and finalize contracts.
Prepare and present business development reports which capture competitor activities and the company's sales pipeline to senior management on a regular basis.Bachelor's degree in business administration,marketing, logistics, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to take initiative.
Ability to work independently and under pressure while representing the company in a professional manner.Report direct to CEO.
Working hour: Morning: 8h00-12h00; Afternoon: 13h30-17h30. From Monday to Friday.
