Develop recruitment plans: Receive hiring requests, create plans, and implement recruitment strategies.
Candidate sourcing and screening: Utilize online and traditional recruitment channels to search for and attract potential candidates.
Manage candidate information/CVs: Store and update candidate profiles/CVs, track the recruitment process.
Build and manage employer branding on various platforms.
Regularly report recruitment results and propose process improvements to ensure work efficiency.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Department HeadBachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position.
Preferred: Candidates with recruitment experience/knowledge in the Hospitality or F&B industry.
Basic English proficiency.
Responsible, enthusiastic, sociable, and proactive in work.
