* Objective of the function:
- Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance.
- To train new quality control employee in all sections.
* Main responsibilities:
- Leading all quality activities. Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans.
- Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans.
- Documentation and procedure compliance. Establish, review and revise quality procedures, establish training, development for quality inspectors and technician for the related products.
- Monitor documentation of physical testing result, colour measurement result, product inspection and do data analysis when required
- Monitor the implementation of safety, housekeeping requirement and working regulation in lab.
- Supervise and monitor quality check.
- Arrange work force based on production workload.
- Responsible for efficiency and accuracy of testing performance in lab.
- Incoming goods and Production order release create block sheet in SAP.
- Process control and audit. Periodically audit process control to ensure compliance and identify opportunity for improvement.
- Assist in handling customer complaint.
- Inform Quality Manager when any fault or problem found during performing the job.
