Responsibilities:
A project manager is a professional who leads a project team through the projects’ life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan to ensure projects are delivered on-time, with good quality within scope and within budget.
Support the Group’s CEO in operation management and administration & admin tasks
1. Project manager tasks (70%)
• Create & follow long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. The project plan explains how the project will be executed including a budget, timeline, schedule, roles and responsibilities among other things.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects including factory construction projects.
• Connect and collaborate with relevant government departments, especially the Provincial People's Committee, to obtain investment permits for project implementation.
• Conduct tender processes and negotiate with contractors to select the winning bids.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Responsible for leading, managing, supervising, training, coaching, motivating team members to ensure they do the best performance.
2. CEO’s assistant tasks (30%)
• Providing administrative support to the group’s CEO, including scheduling appointments, correspondence, and taking care of travel arrangements.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring that they are greeted in a professional and friendly manner, and directing them to the appropriate person as needed.
• Maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring that all information is kept secure and protected from unauthorized access.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed, working with the Founder & Group CEO to ensure that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
• Closely coordinate with departments to support work and grasp work progress, handle assigned executive tasks within capacity and as required.
• Receive and effectively implement instructions from the Founder & Group CEO

• HAVING EXPERIENCE OF STUDING OR WORKING ABORAD IS HIGH ADVANTAGE
• 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS PROJECT MANAGER
• Experience as CEO’s assistant is big advantage
• Strong experience in connecting and collaborating with relevant government departments, especially the Provincial People's Committee, to obtain investment permits for project implementation.
• Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
• Problem-solving and leadership skills
• Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
• Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Business mindset.
• Very good in data analysis.
• Teamwork spirit and able to travel when needed.
