ADMIN:
• Welcome guests, answer incoming & outgoing calls and mails, and transfer to relevant department.
• Follow the domestic delivery and deliver to relevant departments.
• Prepare welcome drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks, etc.) & lunch for clients during visits.
• Manage company travel arrangements, including car/taxi bookings, hotel reservations, and air ticket booking.
• Organize and coordinate company meetings.
• Participate in organizing company event and activities.
• Manage suppliers: grab, ticket vendors; car and taxi suppliers & periodically evaluate and select the company's best suppliers.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a professional work environment.
• Manage company cleaners and drivers.
• Monitor employee compliance with company policies
• Manage attendance records, organizational charts, and employee list.
• Arrange and support new employees in accordance with the company's onboarding process.
• Handle HR & Admin paperwork
• Other tasks as requested by the direct manager
