RESPONSBILITY
We are looking for a strong HR Generalist with experience in both C&B and recruitment to do execution and assist the HR director in overall HR functions: C&B, recruitment, employee relations, HRMS management, events.... ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible for monitor whole recruitment process: Prepare JD, post job, screen CV, 1st interview, next round interview arrangement, orientation training
- Responsible for monthly payroll, allowances, and bonuses following company policies & laws
- Track and manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Responsible for SHUI & PIT
- Make periodically reports for relevant authorities
- Monitoring labor contract, employee profile & data base, reward, and discipline record on time and accurately (Hard copies & HRMS)
- Manage HRMS & support HRD to build & adjust the system
- Work with vendors for expat employee issues: visa, work permit, TRC....
- Support the HRD in employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in line with company policies and labor law.
- Supervise staff's compliance of company policy / regulation/ procedure
- Participate in company's events
- Update the laws to adjust the policies, processes, templates accordingly
- Other tasks assigned by HRD.- GOOD EXPEREINCE IN BOTH C&B AND RECRUITMENT
- GOOD AT ENGLISH
- GOOD AT EXCEL & DATA MANAGEMENT
- Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Good knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax regulations
- Very good at MS Office literate, Google drive, Power Point, Outlook, HR management software.
- Understanding of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Honest, careful, high responsibility
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, Problem solving, teamwork
