- Reply all incoming emails within 24 hours.
- 2 Retrieve GDS, BT websites and 3rd parties’ websites bookings at least 3 times a day.
- Input all reservations accurately, in a timely manner and file all correspondences systematically.
- Print to file and send 6 months history and forecast reports (include tentative and exclude tentative) in Text and PDF format to
Singapore Head Office Revenue team.
- Print 6 months detailed availability chart and send to all RMO offices in Excel format.
- Print deposit activity report and follow up payment.
- Print Reservations Trace report and follow up.
- Adopt a sales attitude and maximize room sales, spa sales and F&B sales for all properties.
- Adhere to company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge for the property.
- Adhere to availability and rate/plan controls.
- Upkeep “Shared” drive and update the information properly.
