- Answer calls within 3 rings and receiving call standard.
- To issue and collect the section / master keys to / from HSK associates and maintain the log book promptly.
- Take daily inventory of keys at the beginning & at the end of the shift & handover to the supervisor on duty.
- To maintain the HSK store rooms and ensure that all guest supplies are ordered & stocked in sufficient quantities to ensure a smooth
operation
- Prepare morning and afternoon villa attendant’s work sheets with the consultation of the supervisor on duty.
- To attend to guest request and queries courteously and promptly.
- Receive messages from other departments and communicate clearly to the relevant persons in the department. Record them correctly.
- To update Cadena system and roster on daily basis.
- To follow up & update the status of the guest requests in the FCS system.
- Maintain the lost & found records & stores following the lost & found procedure.
- To follow up and update the room status promptly in the opera system.
- Provide feedback to the Asst. Housekeeper regarding not available items which needed for daily operations
- Maintain the cleanliness of the HSK office
