- Place orders for plants, new and replacement equipment, or supplies.
- Mix, prepare, and apply fertilizer and chemical solutions in order to control pests, weeds, or plant disease.
- Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Maintain grounds features, flower beds/baskets, trees, shrubs, and lawns.
- Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e. g., to identify defects).
- To monitor maintenance and condition of sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and cleaning of equipment, to report defects of the same and
to initiate and follow up appropriate rectification
- To make sure all services are provided to the guest as per the hotel standards
- To check and monitor that set-up of beach areas is in accordance with hotel standards
- To perform any other duty/ duties that may be assigned to him/ her by their superior
- To make sure the all tools and equipment are used correctly
- To make sure all defect things are reported and follow up
- To make sure the beach flag warning, it is raised as per the weather condition
