1. To ensure that all of the day’s Banquet revenue has been recorded (BEO)

2. To review allowance vouchers for reasonableness, proper approval and supporting documentation (allowance)

3. To investigate late charges and skippers. All details should be forwarded to the Credit Manager for further action (late charge, cancel charge)

4. To carry out surprise checks of rooms, F&B (surprise Room check, F&B check)

5. To maintain organized files of all pertinent audit records (filling document )

6. Up load Revenue to Sun system and reconcile between Opera And Sun make sure all posting on Opera capture to Sun.

7. To do clearing Account

8. Prepare for month end JV( Toby, guest ledger, room statistics, covers, DCR…)

9. To do Owner Unit

10. Reconcile P&L, make sure revenue balance with Opera

11. To do entry adjusts necessary on Sun system.

12. Reconcile GPK & Ultimate package.

13. Reconcile VAT and Excise Tax between actual and system.

14. To check & do the HOD Comp report

15. To perform a trial balance of accounts, to ensure all accounts are posted correctly

16. To finalize the audit by clearing the machine and setting it for the next day

17. Commission checking with AR & Doctors fee charging as monthly

2. 22 standard working days per month.
