Job Summary

• Marketing Executive is a unique role that offers an incredible opportunity for the right person tojoin the Marketing team, at Wink Hotel Can Tho. This role focuses on supporting and improving Wink Hotels Brand consistently by following and influencing Wink Hotels strategy, taking into consideration customer service, Wink tone of voice and accurate reporting. The Marketing Executive is also responsible for aligning, planning, managing, implementing and monitoring brand and marketing activities on-site in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.

• This position reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager and liaises closelywith Sales and Marketing department.

B. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitoractivities.

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media channels, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate and manage events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibilityand customer acquisition.

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns/event/activity,providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external KOL/KOCs, agencies todeliver briefings, ensure alignment and follow up on daily basis tasks.

• Maintain brand consistency following guidelines across all communication channels andtouchpoints.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketingstrategies.

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing experience or similar role, with 1+ year experience ininternational hospitality company a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media & communication, tourism and hospitality, orrelated field.

• Good at written and verbal communication skills, ability to anticipate needs, thinkcritically and offer solutions to problems, provide high level of attention to detail

• Fluency in Vietnamese, proficiency in English.
