AQUA Electrical Appliances

In charge of GT Sales channel in the South region:
1. SALES REVENUE
- Push sell-in, sell-out & sell-through to achieve the sales target in South region.
- Manage Area Sales & Local Sales Representative team & implement the sales program to enhance sell-out performance and increase in-house share (IHS).
2. CUSTOMER EXPANSION
- Expand new customers & maintain the strong relationships with existing customers to maximize the sales revenue to achieve the sales target.
- Provide support to customers in opening, expanding key shops/dealerships and advise on effective shop displays.
- Accountable for Accounts Receivable (AR) and overdue payments from customers.
3. SALES PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
- Control sales forecasting by customers, months, categories, and models.
- Monitor and control aging stock, over the OPSI of customers to push sell-in/sell-out and manage inventory efficiently.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' movements to proposals for enhancements in product, pricing, marketing, and service policies.
- All other related tasks assigned by the Head of Sales.
