Responsibilities
1. Provide engineering solutions related to manufacturing Cable ASSY, box build as:
 Review and analyze product documentation to ensure correct and complete documents: Checking mechanical drawing and data sheet, specification of components in Drawing and BOM.
 Control, modify, generate, and verify documentation for engineering change orders (ECO)
 Extract and analyze the bill of materials and product structure of parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies
 Retrieve product documentation and specifications from internal and external database systems to maintain and update product data
 Provide engineering solutions, and communication with the customer to resolve problems.
 Work with the Production team/ QC team/ Inventory team to resolve the technical issues.
 Work with buyer/ supplier to ensure ordered parts meet requirements on drawing.
 Provide regular updates on project progress and project reports.
 Design and Do reverse engineering on 2D/3D software for cables ASSY, sheet metal/machine parts, work with schematic.
 Modify the 2D/3D model.

2. Get involved in developing the MFG process.
