Mô Tả Công Việc

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
• Research and Identify New Business Opportunities: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities, including untapped markets, growth areas, partnerships, and expanded service offerings. Develop strategies to reactivate dormant customer relationships.
• Establish Contact with Key Decision-Makers: Identify and engage with key stakeholders within target organizations, building a valuable industry network. Tailor communication strategies to effectively reach decision-makers.
• CRM Management: Support implementation and utilization of the CRM system to record all customer interactions, contact details, opportunities, and proposal data. Maintain CRM accuracy and leverage insights for decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Proactive Lead Generation: Initiate and execute cold-calling campaigns to engage potential customers. Continuously expand the prospect database to fuel the sales pipeline. Develop and refine scripts and strategies for successful lead generation.
• Client Needs Assessment and Presentation: Conduct in-depth client meetings, either in-person or virtually. Actively listen to client needs and challenges, presenting Company's services as tailored solutions.
• Relationship Development: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement. Understand client goals and pain points, proactively seeking feedback and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Identify when subject matter expertise is required and involve relevant group level resources when required. Ensure clients receive detailed presentations and answers to technical questions. Facilitate seamless collaboration between sales and subject matter experts.
• Sales Forecasts and Analysis: Analyze historical data and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts. Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide data-driven insights to shape the company's sales strategy.
• Sales Performance Reporting: Generate periodic reports outlining key performance indicators and activities. Collaborate with the line manager to refine strategies and address challenges. Present comprehensive activity reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Budget Preparation: Prepare detailed budgets for prospective clients, forecasting expenditures and expected returns. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure budget accuracy. Align budgets with client objectives and company profit margins.

Tender Stage:
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various group level support functions, including Human Resources, Operations, and Finance, to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant proposal submissions. Verify proposals adhere to Company's terms and conditions and meet acceptable margin levels.
• Negotiation Expertise: Lead negotiations with customers, focusing on pricing structures and contractual terms within Company's boundaries. Negotiate win-win agreements that meet both customer and company objectives.
Account Management:
• Seamless Transition: Lead the handover process to internal teams, including Operations, Account Management, Product Management, HR, and Finance. Ensure all teams are well-informed and prepared to fulfill contractual obligations. Oversee the alignment of resources and responsibilities to guarantee a smooth transition.
• Account Management and Customer Service: Collaborate closely with the Account Management to ensure a seamless transition for clients. Provide insights into client needs and expectations, facilitating a high level of ongoing service and satisfaction.

Marketing Collaboration:
• Define Requirements: Collaborate closely with the group marketing function to support the identification of potential clients. Leverage marketing insights and strategies to identify target industries, client segments, and events.
• Targeted Campaigns: Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars identified through marketing efforts. Represent the Company professionally and engage with potential clients and industry peers. Leverage these events as networking opportunities to expand market presence and generate leads.

Build the Sales Team:
• Strategic Recruitment: Implement a targeted recruitment strategy to identify and attract top sales talent. Define specific criteria and qualifications aligned with the company's objectives and sales goals.
• Performance Metrics and KPIs: Develop a comprehensive system of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual and team performance. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and enhance sales strategies.
• Build Team Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among sales team members. Encourage cross-functional teamwork and open communication channels.
• Execution-Focused Approach: Instill an execution-focused mindset within the sales team. Emphasize the importance of setting clear objectives, executing sales strategies with precision, and consistently delivering results. Provide the necessary resources, tools, and support to enable the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 5 years of experience in Business development/sales functions
• Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
• Stellar negotiating skills and capacity to align on organizational objectives
• Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally
• Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise clients about them
• Ability to prepare clean customer presentations in Powerpoint and / or Word
• Experience with CRM software would be an advantage
• Ability to think strategically
