1. Production Operation Management.
• Lead daily production team leader meeting
• Daily Tracking of the production KPIs
• Follow up the status of the daily/weekly actions plan with production team
• Ensure the staffs follow the GMP and work instruction to be compliant. (SOP, Bioburden...)
• Work with related process in order to make and optimized the daily production planning
• Manage Holdback/Block Stock:
+ Lead the meeting for holdback with all related process for making decision/ action to release on-hold product.
+ Consolidate full information on the quality of semi FG, component, root cause analysis and action to direct manager and team for making decision/ action to release on-hold product
• Handle rework process
• Regular Meeting with Planning to control the component needed and inform to manager or related process (material ordering, component production, planer for imported component) to ensure enough component for production.
• Regular Meeting with Process improvement Engineering team to follow up the improved action plans and give the requirement from production to meet the production KPIs
• Regular Meeting with Maintenance Team to follow up the action plans and give the requirement from production to meet the production demand.

2. Validation activity:
• Execute revalidation / validation activities as OQ/PQ according to the validation master Plan
• Lead of Local change under responsibility area such as material/component change, move production equipment…and Supporting manager for global change
• Implement all production changes related: change control, project of new product

3. Reporting and documentation
• Monthly update related Production KPIs on Shibumi (included root cause and action plan if any KPIs off track)
• Create new or revise SOP and Work instruction for current production and new product/ project coming and train the production team
• Work with related process to make MDR Documents process flowchart

4. Team Management
• Manage attendance of Technicians, Supervisor, Line leader, Material handler and Operator
• Update and communicate information from manager or company to all staffs.
• Frequent communicate with team to sharing on:
+ Good practice
+ Production demand of coming months
+ OT forecast based one demand forecast from planner
+ Improvement area (weakness point) with detail action plan
+ Update the news to team
• Manage staff following Production SOP.
• Manage, ensure and improve the 5S/GMP/EHS/CFU at production area.
• Manage WIP at workshop to control defined 5S layout and optimize production assembly and packing plan
• Build a Training instruction and plan for Production staff for newcomer including Coaching for newcomer
• Make PDR and qualification matrix and development plan for Supervisor, Technician, Lead technician and set KPIs as well
