What You Will Be Responsible For

• Manage and plan production layouts, capacity control, process/efficiency improvements, and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Evaluate the capacity of external suppliers and calculate processing costs.
• Write SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), standardize processes, and support automation/information system development.
• Assist in analyzing and resolving production line issues.
• Establish standard work hours, and improve production efficiency and quality.
• Lead lean improvements and continuously drive cost reduction initiatives.
  
  

How You Will Stand Out

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in the server or consumer electronics manufacturing industry. Overseas work experience is preferred.
• Experience in quality control of the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing process, with familiarity in SMT (Surface Mount Technology), DIP (Dual In-line Package) soldering, assembly testing, MSD (Moisture Sensitive Devices), and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) management processes. Experience in large-scale lean improvements, automation/information system development, and process standardization.
• Highly proactive with strong teamwork skills.
• Familiar with CAD, Office, OA (Office Automation), and other management tools.
