Mô tả công việc
- Check the activities of Loan officer (LO), Branch manager (BM), Area Sales Manager (ASM) related to: work activities, work schedules, visit and meeting at branch, then evaluate the quality of work schedules
- Collect, track and coordinate with BM/ASM to resolve complaints from customers and partners
- Analyze and evaluate the inspection situation of the area and come up with effective solutions to improve the area
- Conducting weekly reports on sales quality assessment, proposing penalties to handle violations of sales
- Coordinate with the internal department to check the relevant issues of the sales field
- Proactively design policies and rules for sales field
- Participate in developing the quality inspection processes and plans with the Sales Quality Control Manager/Line Manager
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager and CMD
Yêu cầu công việc
Basic requirements: Language: English ability is an advantage (Optional)
Qualifications:
Gender: Male
- Education qualification: Bachelor degree in Economics, Auditing, IT or Business
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 year working experience, preferably in controlling quality of sales
- Experience working in process control
- Knowledge on consumer lending, banking and financial products and services
- Good communication skills
- Good interaction and negotiation skills
- Be proactive and meticulous at work
- Under high pressure at work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
